Excellent app, excellent concept

This app fills a need for Apple device owners who want to use Apple Pay. The concept is great: crowd sourced information which is kept up-to-date as Apple Pay locations expand.

It does need more location information. But that is simply a matter of people updating the merchant information in the app. I read a review where someone was asking the developer to upload all current locations, but that information is not made available to the public by Apple, or we would all just go get it. Hence, the crowdsourcing approach that this application facilitates.

One person rated this application lower because of resolution. I would actually disagree with that. The fact that it uses large fonts makes it very easy to read when youre on the go.

Finally, there is one missing feature which was mentioned in a previous review. You should be able to put in location information when not standing in that location. That would necessitate the ability to put a pin on the map and then enter the merchant information versus today where the GPS locates the pin for you and you enter the merchant information. I think this would also help users add location information because it is not always convenient when you check out and have an armload of merchandise to remember to hit the button on the spot and type in all of the merchant information and hit submit.

The app is only moderately useful at the moment because of the lack of crowd sourced information. When enough people are using it, it will be fantastic.
